2. General & no tracking

We designed this website to be data-minimal. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics, no advertising and no tracking or profiling tools. Scripts and styles are hosted on our own server.

3. Server log files

When you visit the site, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data your browser transmits (e.g. IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type). This is necessary to deliver the site securely and is based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Our hosting provider is Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany; the servers are located in Germany and a data-processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place.

4. Fonts (Bunny Fonts)

We use Bunny Fonts (operated by BunnyWay d.o.o., Slovenia/EU) to display fonts. Bunny Fonts is a privacy-first, GDPR-compliant service that, according to the provider, does not log IP addresses and sets no cookies. Fonts are loaded from fonts.bunny.net. Basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (consistent presentation).

5. Contact form

The contact form does not transmit any data to this website. When you submit it, your own email program opens with the details pre-filled so you can send the message directly to us. The website itself stores nothing. The email you then send is processed by us solely to handle your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b)/(f) GDPR) and is deleted once no longer required.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@goodly-technologies.com.
